so first therapy and dr appt

went to the therapist and she seems to think Im bi-polar and ocd, went to the doc and he agrees, starting new meds today hope it helps....

Awesome. It's great to have a plan. Hope those meds work wonderfully. And if for some reason they aren't the right ones for you (but hopefully they are), this is a great starting point for moving forward. Hang in there!

I'm bipolar. I spent many years self-medicating.
Sometimes it takes awhile to find the right meds that'll work for you. And I do hope you find them soon.

I understand where you're coming from. Sobriety can be abtained even through mental illness.
