home from the rehab today

going into a treatment center was one of the best things i've ever did.

I feel really good;just quite a bit of anxiety...

yay zorilla...so glad it was a positive experience! The anxiety lessened over time for me and you will learn ways to deal with it.

Welcome back, zorilla!

Glad you had a positive experience! I remember having culture shock when I got out.... don't worry, it's normal. (Actually I even remember not wanting to leave!)

Would love to hear more about your time there.

I went thru a 28 day rehab after a family
intervention took place 21 yrs. ago. Today
I continue to share my own ESH- experiences,
strengths and hopes of what it was like before,
during and after my drinking career.

Living an honest life incorperating the tools
and knowledge of alcoholism into my everyday
affairs. The 12 steps and principles of AA's
recovery program as my guideline to living
a happier, joyous, freer life without drinking.

Happy Destiney ahead of you.

Welcome Back Zorrila! Many people associate rehab as negative...I'm the opposite, I believe it's a gift. A rebirth if you will, for a better sober life. I'm so happy to hear it was a positive experience for you!

Thanks for the update.

Best Wishes To You!
