Day 7

I can't remember the last time I was sober for 7 days straight. One day at a time. Today I'm groggy and don't feel like doing anything. I think a nap will help then off to walk a couple of miles. Nap then fresh air. Enjoy your Saturday everyone!

You're doing great! I remember being wiped out for quite awhile after quitting. After all, we've put our bodies through so much. Congratulations on your 7 big days!! Wonderful news!

Keep on keepin on! I'm on Day 5 (again) and all I have done ALL WEEK is sleep! Am greatly hoping I will perk up soon! One thing is for sure. . . I never wake up in the morning and tell myself, "I sure wish I would have drank last night!"

I have been sleeping like a rock. Love that! :-)

Congratulations on a week!
I, too, couldn't remember the last time I was sober that long. Many times I went through this cycle. You don't have to if you don't drink today.

You may feel a little disjointed for awhile, but isn't it better than a hangover!

Keep it up, your post really made me feel good

It can take longer than you think for your body and mind to heal. Be gentle with yourself.

Fresh fruit, a good Multi-Vitamin and plenty of water. Once you get a regular sleep pattern you'll feel like a new person.

Good luck.
