Hi and Welcome,

I have no practical advice but I wish you well in getting through the detox.

Have you talked to your dr about what you're doing?

I don't have that experience. Scroll down the forum page, there are threads that address that and substance abuse, etc.

Welcome to SR! You can stay stopped!

Here the link to our section on Substance Abuse:http://www.soberrecovery.com/forums/substance-abuse/

I'm glad you're here - no of us can do this on our own. I would definitely see a doctor and be honest about how much you're using. A lot of people get hooked on prescription meds and they'll probably be glad to see someone who wants to get a handle on their problem.

This is a great place to get support (also NA). Keep reading and posting!
