My friend has no money so she says she is too poor to detox. she can't be without her very small cleaning income. She's not ready, i know. I'm afraid I'm going to find her dead whenever I check on her. She can't go cold turkey, 60 yrs old, litre or more a day for a decade or so.
Prayers please, for her and my husband's nephew.

But i see your in Ohio same , there is no such thing as being to poor for detox.

You take her to the ER and they have to accept her and detox her. I did a month ago so dont be scared to do it . I hope you will take her in

Oh, I know. She won't take the time. I want to take her to Miami Valley hospital and then, in a perfect world, get her in the salvation army program. But she says she'll lose her apt if she doesn't work. I want to take her in and pay her small rent but she makes excuses, she has to want to go and then I can help her.

Oh i understand , ya unfortunatly there is nothin you can do

Just try to be there and hopefully she will finally want to do it , that is the only way.
