i just wanted to vent a little, and thank everyone for being here for me. i relapsed today and engaged in back and forth with STBXAH. he is at the point that our marraige ended because of me, i didn't fight to save it, i'm a horrible person. oh, and i smoked while pregnant (not proud of it) but he's sending me websites on long term affects. All because i mentioned that my child was not growing up to be an adult child of an alocholic and i moved to save her and save my life from the insanity.

if i hadn't been reading this website and everyones examples of serenity and strength i would be so upset right now. i finally did the right thing and stopped engaging him, and i'm far from serene, but working on getting there.
