When I look in the mirror I see the person I have become and not the self loathing lying cheating hopeless addict I was for 23 years.

In case you wonder how I did it. I asked for help wentg to NA meetings phoned members got a sponsor who guided me through the steps and gradually I got well and still am a work in progress.

My life is a gift given to me freely and its Fantastic, better than I could ever have dreamt for myself.

I still go to meetings phone members talk to my sponsorand practice the steps in my life but its no longer about drugs its about learning to live life clean and love me just as I am and forgive myself for all that abuse.

I am always grateful.

Thank you and keep coming back.
