I got through the day! I did my work well and came home. Sat on the couch with my husband, went to dinner at one of my favorite restaurants and ORDERED A COKE! Diet Coke even. Then we went grocery shopping. When putting groceries away I can see that we have a lot of veggies going bad in there while binging but I'll work on that later. Right now we have pickles and yogurt and cereal...and I'm going to take a bath!

Thank you all so much for being here. Today was okay. Tomorrow will be okay. Then it gets a little tougher as we head toward the weekend, but it's a good start.

I hope everyone has a sober evening with light hearts and good intentions.
