Get thru the minute. Then the hour. Then the day.

Break it down as much as you need to. (I literally went breath by breath on some of my first days.)

okay...figured out where i hid the bottle....was stressing if the wife found it... it was just a pint, like a shot to wat's normal. slowing down ain't working. i live too far away from people to see face to face
