Legally he can, ethically WTH?

So, I got an e-mail from my medical insurance company notifying me that there is an explanation of benefits ready to view. I completely expected it to be related to my ongoing counseling sessions. Nope.

It was submitted to my insurance 2 weeks ago. 2 months after the divorce became final.
The procedure was related to his spermatic veins. Yes folks, his fun zone. If I understand it correctly - it was to basically correct what amounts to varicose veins of the p-nis/testicular area and a benign accumulation of sperm in the epididymis.
OK.

- XAH claimed in 2009 to have testicular cancer. (Big fat, manipulative lie.) He went so far as to have me drop him for "treatment" before I took DS for surgery. Nothing ever showed up on my insurance.
- I filed for divorce at the end of June 2010. Tried to get a protective order in July because of his response to being served.
- The EOB that I got was for him. From a procedure he had done in August 2010.

OK.
- In court, at our divorce hearing, he said he didn't have insurance because he didn't need it.
- WTH? What kind of sick a--hat charges a medical procedure on his fun zone to his now ex-wife's insurance - after r-ing her and then cheating on her. OK, he wasn't taken off my insurance until the divorce was final in December 2010, so he can legally submit any medical bills from before then to my insurance. But really???
- If this isn't a great example of "karmic" retribution, I can't think of what might be. He lied about having testicular cancer and then had to have what I'm told is a rather painful condition (well, at least I was told varicose veins in the legs hurt, I'd assume something similar in a sensitive area would hurt more...) in the testicular area corrected.

Wow...talk about having ba$$s....no pun intended.
Guess karma and our HP is having a good laugh at this one. A big huge BAD horrible terrible lie...then he ends up having something REALLY happen.
I shouldn't say this...but ....I guesssomeone does have a sense of humor.

The bill wasn't submitted to my insurance until February for an August procedure?..... I'll never know for sure.
Should the a--hat have a copy of the EOB? I can only communicate with him about DS.... So maybe I should forward it to his sister and GF and BIL and niece and... to forward it to him. Or maybe post it on Facebook for him? With an explanation about the codes and the timeframes.... OK, that wouldn't be cool. But tempting.
That was my first reaction, too. A vasectomy. Good. He has no business fathering more children if he can't even do right by the one he already has. Maybe his new GF isn't so dumb after all. Cos I doubt he did it out of his own sense of responsibility.
Anyway, the EOB is for you, the insurance holder, to know what was covered and what was not. None of his business. Unless he owes you for deductibles or copays, no copy to him is necessary. I totally get the urge to embarrass him with it, though.

Oh, come on. Please? No, I get it. But it was certainly tempting.
Yep, Blwninthewindwind. My HP has been incorporating more of the Raven from my heritage lately. He's just easier to talk to. And he is something of a trickster. Definitely a sense of humor showing here. I just have to say, I really love my HP right now.
