Final hearing date is set!
So we mediated last week, and my lawyer promised that she'd get my hearing before the end of the year... and it is!
December 3rd at 11:30 is Independence day. (Actually, I celebrate Sept 23rd as such, but still, legally it will all be over then.) As we've mediated everything, the judge just has to sign and it'll be a done deal. I figure I'll go directly to the DMV, as I want my old name back more than anything.
