prescription drugs--Medco
Does anyone know anything about the company called Medco?
My stbxah has not lived here since march, yet I get a white bag in the mail addrssed to him today. I opened it, wanting to see if it was something that I needed to send on to him, and its a prescription for Lunesta. He has been taking this for months, along with Hydrocodone for "back pain". He of course, drinks along with all of this medication.
I was wondering if he is getting this medication legitimately, or is it against the law. I know that you can get drugs, pains killers, online, without a prescription. I just don't know if this company is one of those. I did call them, but it was like pulling teeth to get any info out of the guy. I feel like I led him to tell me what I wanted to hear. So I am still not sure.
I will definatley use this against him in our divorce if it turns out that he is getting this drug with out a prescripton. Thanks for any input.

I think that Medco is owned by Merck Drug company. it is probably stipulated in his prescription plan that if he uses this mail away pharmacy the price of the drugs are usually 50% less.
However, when i used this provider for my prescriptions, I had to phone them (or email on my account) for refills, they never sent them automatically.
