Please help

Going on day 15 feeling pretty darn good. I just need some help on reading material, I read drinking a love story really liked it, I would appreciate it if you guys could recommend more good reads. It seems to really help, thanks

Backtender, a book that really helped me early on was "Under the Influence." There's a lot in there to explain the physiology of an alcoholic, why our bodies and minds react a certain way to alcohol. I was able to check it out from the college library, and I'm sure there are copies floating around most public libraries.

Congrats on your day 15. I think anybook on meditation or relaxation techniques can be really helpful practical tools.
