day 1...
day 1...
I´m sober now...just finished breakfeast. I slept for a long time in a deep coma. I didn´t manage to stay sober yesterday, at least I used half of my usual self-medication. there´s some positivity in there.
I´m not gonna overthink, i´m not gonna overdo. There is only this day. Day one and i´m not going to use.
i´ll be SR a lot today...it has to stop here and now...i´m still young and able to fix a lot of my wrongdoings.
it truely is a matter of life and death..living in a purple haze all the time is the same as not living at all....

Good choice mate. Just remeber to totally live in the 'just for today' philosophy. It holds true whether you have 20 minutes or 20 years. Just for today don't get stoned. Don't worry about next weekend or next year or whatever... 'just for today'.
If you don't get stoned 'just for today' then you will never get stoned again. Simple. Posting and reading SR is a great, also think about applying a form of recovery program into your life. So that you actively start thinking and living in a totally different way. Try to live honestly, lovingly and maintain gratitute. If you feel any of it slipping then post on SR or whatever else helps you. Remember relapse happens way before the final act of picking up.
