I vividly remember my first sober weekend (just celebrated by 5th one)....make plans, stick to them and a schedule...
I did stuff, even heavy cleaning (because I let it go for so long my house looked like a bad TV show).....I went grocery shopping, I cooked real food, I got organized so my work week was less stressful....now I enjoy shopping, nice weather and getting out.
I still waffle a bit mostly on Saturday late afternoons....(the cocktail hour)...but I do not give in, because I don't want to ruin a good thing.
congrats on Day #7~!!!

I was so tired my first week I could barely walk...my ears were ringing....I had a headache...what a mess....
It does get better...even the cravings... Glad you made it thru. Keep coming here...I cannot tell you how much it's helped me. Good luck.
