Hi!
I just wanted to say Hi!
I was sober for 5 years then my wife left, dad died, etc... So I went back to drinking. It is good to get 60-90 days and then I think I have it whipped, and forget about how bad that first drink really is!
So now I am Just tired of the whole mess.
Anyways, Here goes!

Welcome to SR. We're here for ya. Never give up trying to beat this thing, ok? You've had some pretty hard things come your way. Those are tough breaks. Now is as good a time as any to start anew. Looking forward to hearing from you some more.
Welcome to the Sober Recovery community.
Having stayed sober for that long, you know
how this way of life works one day at a time.
i hope that you return to what worked for you,
and that you revise what didn't work for you.

Welcome,
With 5 years of sobriety I'm sure you'll have some tools to use and pass on. Good luck. Like someone said not everybody makes it back. This is my first time trying to quit and I have just over 1 year sober but it is storys like yours that makes me believe that I can never drink again. I think I may always be on the fence but that is ok as long as I don't go to the other side. Thanks
