grateful for friends here and will see you all when i get back!
well folks,,if someone had of told me 6 months ago that i would be living a happy,joyous,free and useful life i would have scoffed! but its happening.this is thanks to my God of my understanding,the 12 steps of AA and good sponsorship.special thanks to my friends on here,some of whom i will be seeing shortly! and thanks also to the old school,hard line AAers.well,sounds like im going away somewhere,,i am! to america on a once i lifetime trip.i think we are going to 5states and finishing with a week in nyc,where im looking forward to meetings (any recomendations gratefully recieved!)i will be visiting a few friends from here and staying with them and i wouldnt have met these folk without sr,,so my heartfelt thanks again,,,im going in a couple of days and will be away for a month.but i dare say i will pop on from time to time and catch up,,see you all soon!

Have a great time in NYC, be sure to experience some of the yummy food there, and let us know what the AA meetings are like. Looking forward to hearing all about it when you return!

thank you rusty,,,time and place? am intending to hit as many meetings in nyc as possible!,,in between going to barneys and maybe taking a helicopter ride (undecided on this one!!! :EEK )
