I am thankful that I ate a few ours ago, first real meal in 3 days. My shakes and heaves had stopped. I am thankful I had something to eat and that I did the legwork with my sponsor and made my therapy appt. as well. I am also grateful that my wife loves me and has a job that has those benefits so I can get help…… and I am grateful that I have not drank to day and god willing won’t.
