Serious part 3
I was so happy to wake up sober this morning and find that I had internet again that I washed a huge pile of dishes, vac'd the bathroom, changed the sheets on the bed, and am about to get in the shower. I have a lot of positive energy this morning!
Good morning Stoney and everyone else. Thought I would share my affirmation today with you. I get one of these emailed to me daily -
Today's Affirmation
"I make room in my heart for my whole being. I forgive myself for any false judgments I held against myself. Grateful for remembering who I really am, I rest my mind in the deep still waters of infinite peace."

Part 3 already you people sure can talk!
Still feeling the cravings today but I won't give in.
If I didn't do things that I didn't want to I would never move lol I guess I have a problem with inertia too!

Hi Stone. Woo-Hoo!! Part 3. Hey my feeling thread is still on Part 2 and i started that before you started the serious thread. Why don't you post on that? Huh? Huh? Just kidding Stone. LOL
Seriously, I'm so glad your sober and that you started this thread. I think it has helped you a lot. I've always believed in writing a lot in early recovery anyway. It helped me. Take care.
