some i attend are an hour, one is an hour and 15 minutes. try to get a scheduale for your area - it should show you the times..

Really depends on the size, like AA I've never seen a meeting that was on a timetable, I am from Michigan so it could be that meetings are conducted differently in other parts of the country. In my experience they usually end up being 45-60 minutes, you can actually leave the meeting if their are time constraints for you. You can let the group know before the meeting.

Generally an hour. Groups vary. Even the same group can vary week to week.

BUT...

If you need to leave before the meeting ends, no problem. Folks do it all the time in my area. Some people are extra polite and will offer up front that they need to leave at whatever time. I think some do this because they don't want others to think they are being rude, aren't liking the sharing, whatever. Is it necessary to mention it? I don't really think so. When you gotta go, you gotta go. But that's just my opinion.
