Just wanted to bump this thread up. Keep posting your feelings everyone. It really does help to write them down.

I've been keeping a low profile on here lately, just wanted to let everyone know I'm alright and still living life sober.

I'm sitting in my living room listening to music and reading posts. The blinds that cover my sliding glass doors are open and the sun is setting, peeking through them, hitting the side of my face. It brought a smile to my face =)

I'm at peace.

feeling rather 'blah' this evening. May just nap with the dogs for a bit, they love any excuse to snuggle up with me! Lucky me!

Dont feel like doing anything so may as well sleep - my favorite sport.

Oh gosh- a FEELINGS thread! How incredibly perfect. I think I was born with a few extra 'feelings' genes. Has anyone read 'The Secret Life of Bees'? I feel like May, the character who took on the emotions of every person/creature around her... the problem is it didn't end well for her, she drowned herself b/c she couldn't handle all the feelings!

BTW.. This is NOT a cry for help. I've just always felt my emotions are a little more heightened than most ppl's... and I related to May til the suicide part.
