Finally starting to feel comfortable with my sobriety. Not having any desire to drink either, which is good. I am starting to feel more at ease with myself.

Went for a walk with the dogs in the woods with the snow falling. It was great and I feel good now.

I am feeling quite sad. My friend has been in hospice for a week. The family has been gathered. It sounds like she will be going home tonight. I am relieved but quite sad. 33 is so young.
