Welcome Mamabin,

I have no physical support either but this group here has been the medicine I need. Someone is always around to talk to and support you & make you laugh! We pretty much come right out with it, no pressures, no judgements! I hope you read and post often. Glad you found us!

You will get a lot of support here. I know I did, and I just went to my first meeting on Sunday . I was nervous but everyone was very friendly and helpful I was really glad that I went. Hang in there
