Finals
Er, okay so I was gonna drink my way through finals because sometimes it helps with my writing anxiety...only halfway through I realized I couldn't do it anymore, for my mental/emotional well-being. So I've quit...but the thing is, I'm very restless right and now and I can't seem to sit still and concentrate on the reading I need to do to write my papers and stuff...and I'm running out of time to get this **** done (yeah, I put myself in this position because I wasn't turning in work all quarter, and these papers are already late). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks. Sometimes I try to meditate but it doesn't always help. I've also been working out everyday, but I think I'm eating too much and that's making me feel out of control. I don't know how to deal with it.
Yes to lots of water, fruit drinks, herbal teas, and a daily multivitamin and extra B6, B12, Zinc and Magnesium. Even a daily Anti-oxidant to help your body out some nasty bits.
