I just ordered the book. Does anyone have some thoughts on how to use this text??

Blessed be.

I don't know anything about the book...I just wanted to say hello.

Someone will probably be along shortly to help.

I've got one of the originals. I'll see if I can dig it out. Not sure if they've changed it at all.

Mine doesn't look like that.

UPDATE- Got the book

I got the book on Friday. I've read the first chapter. It seems that it will be of tremendous value to me. Lots of worksheets. Lot of recommendations. You're allowed to make copies of the worksheets for personal use, so I'm going to make some of the first few at work tomorrow.
It seems to have a pretty down-to-earth "what do you think/feel" approach to it.
Today is my first day sober. I'm a little shaky (glad I have that backspace key!), so I'm going to dive in tomorrow. They do recommend a doctor exam, which is right on time, as my employer is offering us a wellness program at work where we can get help for stress (guilty), help to quit smoking (guilty again), and to help our general health.

I'm quite excited. It was 20 dollars plus 6 shipping, to me a small price to pay.

Blessings to all.

Lol, I love the carefully multicultural cover! Reminds me of DARE books. I won't hold that against it, though
