Just Got Home from Rehab.... Hey all, I just finished a 30 day stint at the Watershed Addiction Treatment Center in Boca *****, FL. It was a good experience for me. For the first time I started to believe in the 12 steps and will attend a meeting tonight in earnest. I have posted here before and really love the community. I gave this website out to many folks there hoping they can find help here also. I am looking forward to my new way of life and I'll keep everyone posted on my progress as I start working the 12 steps when I get my sponsor.

Hi Ben! I am a "shed head" myself. I went to the Watershed in Houston. It was what I needed. I went to LOTS of meetings the first year. The first 90 day I did about 250 meetings. It was what it took for me. I am glad you found us here. Please keep posting and let us support you in early recovery.

Thank you all for the warm welcome back. I learned alot at the Watershed. The whole community down there is very oriented to those in recovery. There were meetings everywhere down there along with a countless array of half-way houses. Along with my obvious Alcoholic DX, they also think I am bipolar along with generalized anxiety disorder. It looks like I have a hard road ahead of me. Thank God for this awsome support community here.
