It isn't easy

It isn't easy to get and stay sober over the Holidays but it can be done.

I got sober in dec before the holidays and the first couple were real hard . There hare many who have done it. It is hard yet it is simpler to stay sober than to relapse and start over again and again.

I wish you all peace and happpiness for the holidays . know that you are not alone.

How very true !
I got sober @ the end of October, this will be my 4th sober Christmas, and I have found it gets easier too!
