5 months

5 months sober and starting to feel good about it. Swimming everyday helps along with not quitting everyday.

Congratulation on 5 Months!! Great Job keep on fighting!!!

P.S. I too started feeling better at about 5 months. Still get some anxieties and a lot of cravings but it gets easier defeating these feelings as your sobriety increases!
