I use to type here a long time ago when I was dealing with my husband whom I still believe is an alcoholic. I've either learned to deal with it or I decided that were bigger fish to fry at that time.

My son Kory, recently passed away after a long battle with Duchene Muscular Dystrophy. He was only 16. I'm having a very hard time with it this week with Thanksgiving coming up.

I can't imagine not having my husband there with me right now. He has been a blessing through all of this. He keeps his drinking to a few times a month so I guess that's what saved our marriage.

Please pray for me!!

So sorry you lost your son at such a young age. I lost a baby at four and a half months and that was incredibly hard for me. So it must be such a sorrow for you.

Take care of you and try to be with people that you love and they love you in return. :praying

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. You are very fortunate that your hubby is there for you, count that as a blessing, and remember to try and be there for him as well, his grief is as deep as yours.
Take care of each other. I know it will be hard to be thankful this week, but look deep inside and see if you can find just one reason and focus on that.

You have my deepest condolences too hunny.......like yourself and Kelsh I lost a baby many years ago also and I know your pain.....altho you have had many more years of memories with your son so I know your pain must be sooooo much more intense...take care of yourself during this holiday season and please come back to us okay....I too am glad that your husband and yourself are standing as a team today.....that is a blessing.
