As most know this week started off as a difficult one for me. I honestly didn't think that it was going to get any better, and that the pain I was feeling earlier in the week was ever going to go away. Reluctantly I made my self go to some Al-Anon meetings in addition to reading the SR forums. It always amazes me how my HP works. The topics at the two Al-Anon meetings I went too were exactly what I needed to hear at that specific moment in time. Two things were said that had a great impact on me. The first was "This too shall pass" and the second was to always remember that my HP is always right by my side. With that simple phrase "This too shall pass" I was able to make it through the pain and I am now ending my week on a happy note, with a refreshed & renewed sense of spirit and energy.

mtb, i'm so glad you're feeling better! i know it takes time but i'm sure those of us who struggle every day will all get there eventually. thanks for sharing, i'm glad things have perked up a bit
