Jungement in... I WIN BIG!
I went to court today. I got full physical and legal custody of the kids. He has noe visitation, due to the fact that he is out of state! I was awarded 80k in back child support! I hit the lotto.
I was awarded over 4k in monthly child support I wasn't even asking for that much. I don't think the judge liked that he skipped out on his family. Once I get the papers in the mail I will open up my child support case then I gan get it taken out of his pay check.
Now I know that this will be a long hall and I won't see much of it any time soon, but I feel like Great!
Now I will make sure he gets the papers.......LOL

your children are very lucky that they have a mom that was willing to advocate and not give up on their rights. that is just great! sending a hug out to that judge too, for doing the right thing! k

That is fantastic news! Well done for sticking to your guns and going for what is equitable.
As Steve says, though, bear in mind that actually getting the money might be tough, but at least this bridge is crossed.

The large back child support judgment might result in dad taking evasive maneuvers.
If dad owns real estate you might want your lawyer to register the judgment in the county where the real estate is located to make sure he can't sell it without you getting paid.
