Hi everyone,
Thanks for all the prayers today. Mom came through the surgery well. She will be in the hospital for a day or two.

She looks so fragile to me, though. She has lost about 35 lbs since dad died in August, and she wasn't all that big to begin with. I guess she was weak back then, too, but I was so consumed with taking care of daddy while he fought cancer that I maybe just didn't see it.

Well, it's been a long day; off to bed! Sweet dreams to all!
