Woo Hoo!! 31 Days Today

Wow..I can't believe I made it 31 days so far. This is the longest I have gone in almost 2 years. It's not much and I have a looooong way to go. No physical urges..A few thoughts here and there but nothing too serious. A few bad days where I got sad. But that is just life in general.
No dreams in awhile. It does get better as time goes on.
I made the choice myself to seriously stop and get myself right. But I sure couldn't have come this far without the encouragment and support from this board..my new found friends here and most of all my family.
You all are the greatest.

Thanks YOU for sharing your recovery with us. And 31 days is awesome. You said not much but let me tell you that all any of us have is this day! We are all given a choice today to use it how we like. Today I choose another day in recovery and I am so glad that all of us here have done that also.

You should be PROUD! That is a huge accomplishment.
