Well the easiest place to start is to introduce yourself. For me, I am an alcoholic. My abuse of alcoholic was, and is if I let it now, a result of my poor coping strategies for life. When life became extremely stressful, rather than deal with the stress positively by working out, counselling, trying to find solutions, I turned to booze.
