help?

I'm currently on Lexapro 10mg. I was without for just two days and felt weird. Like happy one minute and completely irritated the next. I don't think its helping even when I do take it. I have PTSD, OCD, anxiety, and major depression. I feel like I should be on something else. Ps I've been on Lexapro for 3mo. Thoughts?
