I think I'll check in with my doctor, again, about my generalized anxiety.

It's always higher than a 6 out of 10, on a scale of 0 to 10.

I think I'll check out some books at the local library, on GAD, too. I have to keep trying to manage it better, somehow.

Just venting, sorry.

Thank God spring is around the corner.

Doctors have a lot of arrows in their quivers for GAD.

It's always a good topic, because a lot of people suffer from it.

Kelly,
I feel for you. Anything above a "5 out of 10" of anxiety will have me absolutely miserable! I have found the book "From Panic to Power" helpful, reading it has calmed me down at times. Also Claire Weekes has a unique approach that involves not fighting the ill feelings, and letting them pass. But if the anxiety is too high, then you can barely focus enough to read a book!
