Still restless after all this time

I've been sober for 8 years and feel wonderful , except I'm left with chronic restlessness and can't seem to relax. Anyone with substantial sobriety have this too?

Yes - occasionally I need to work a step, pray or meditate to calm my mind. What do you do to stay sober on a daily basis?
