Any of you ever had experience with the triad technique? I can across this just browsing around for anxiety tips online. I actually was looking up good movies about anxiety, and one of the reviewers mentioned this. I went to the website, and did their little test etc. You have to pay for it, and Im pretty skeptical about online self help stuff, so I figured I'd ask here When I did google reviews on it, for the most part came back real positive. But who knows if the reviews were planted and all...

Anyways just wondering if any of you hard heard about it. Oh, its from calmclinic.com btw.

Last thing, if you guys have any good movie titles you know of about anxiety, agoraphobia, id love to hear some recommendations

I've never heard of it either, but I'll look it up. I'm also skeptical about stuff online. Especially when it costs money, as that normally means there's either no support behind it, or someone's trying to get rich quick.
