Anytime I am out in public, say I'm just standing around waiting for someone, I will feel like I'm being watched as if under a microscope...I feel like my every glance is being scrutinised.I feel like I'm always waiting to hear a comment passed about me.

I know it's crazy but I will only feel comfortable once back at home or in the car.

Does this happen to anyone else?

Well, I have G.A.D. Generalized Anxiety Disorder > so I am ALWAYS ANXIOUS, not sure if that's related.

Yea I am diagnosed with Anxiety Disorder as well. Always thought drinking would keep things in check but all I became was an acoholic with Generalized Anxiety Disorder and a s**t load of fallout to be non-generalized anxious about.

I have GAD. When in I'm outside of my apartment I'm not aware of any anxious making thoughts, just physical symptoms.
