where do I get face to face support for quitting vaping thier are no nicotine anonymous meetings in my area. I've become horrible addicted to vaping basically non stop for weeks. i need support I realize and I don't know were to go.
aa really helped me quit drinking so it makes sense that I need help with vaping. I used to eat out of control at night now I vape instead. I'm defiantly not going back to over eating I refuse to re gain what I've lost. all I think about is vaping. i know I can't quit on my own. It becoming really bad. any suggestions for support would be greatly appreciated.

I know you have some experience of the 12 steps. I cant really see a reason why you cant apply that to smoking or vaping.

Not having face to face meetings near you is unfortunate but there must be any number of online meetings - they may not be the format you want, but if you want help you might have to do things you find hard, David?
