Getting dizzy after eating....
First I want to disclose, I'm actively drinking but I have plans to quit very soon. With that said...
Something that I notice happens often, obviously waking up hungover, dizzy.. then I get myself hydrated and feeling good... then I go and eat. Almost every time I find myself feeling light headed / dizzy after eating... almost like I'm back in a buzzed state.
What causes this?

You may want to check what you are eating.
Is it processed foods? TV dinners? I had to begin
looking at the labels on the packaging to see
what the amount of sodium was in it.
Just about all foods on the shelves are packed
with high levels of sodium which would be harmful.
Learning to remain sober and becoming
responsible for my recovery was and is
still extremely important to me. Learning
what is healthy for me to eat is another
important factor in living a healthy happy
honest way of life in recovery.
It's never to late to learn new healthy
methods of eating and taking care of
the one mind and body we have.
I had to do a lot of research in finding
what was the best healthy foods I could
eat so I could keep the bad stuff out
and maintain a healthy body.
I got off the merry go round of insanity
some 29 yrs ago that comes with addiction
which then allowed me to be willing to learn
new information in building a strong recovery
foundation and remain teachable to absorb
new healthier information.
Like paying more attention at the foods
I put in my body. Eating better allows me
to function well during the day and in
all my daily activities.

Definitely something you should talk with at doctor about Devioius. And likely not something you'll be able to solve until you stop drinking. Make sure you tell your doctor about the amounts/frequency of your drinking too - that will certainly be a factor in the diagnosis.
AKA - drinking is likely what "causes this"
Tongue-in-cheek here, but if I said to you:
"First I want to disclose that i'm actively hitting myself in the head with a hammer once every hour, but i have plans to quit soon...
Every morning when I wake up, i have a splitting headache and bumps all over my head. Even after I have breakfast, my head still hurts for some strange reason
What causes this? "
What would you tell me?

One the second to last binge before I quit (5 days straight, little sleep, little food, drinking vodka) I couldn't hold down water after I quit. For the next few days, I would get dizzy after I ate for up to 10 minutes. After a couple of days it went away. I have no idea what caused it other than a guess at low blood pressure and my body focusing all of its energy to digestion. This only happened that one time and it was directly related to my drinking.
