Good for you and welcome to SR. The early days can be tough. If you are concerned with your symptoms, have them checked out by your doctor.

Hang in there - you’re off to a good start and better days are coming!

Welcome Dbryant51

I just tried to eat well - as little processed stuff as possible, keep hydrated, and get ebough rest.

Being dizzy is fairly common, but it can be challenging and sometimes even dangerous - can you see a Doc?

Hello. Just wanted to welcome you here. You've found a great place for support.
Don't know about vitamins. I've used Melatonin for sleep, but that's it except for a daily vitamin.
Best to you and stick around here. I hope to hear more from you.

Water, water, water. Alcohol dehydrates us badly!

All of the above.
Things usually settle down after 5 days, I found.

I'd suggest you visit here regularly- the people here helped me so much.
Also, be very kind to yourself- you deserve it- JUST DON'T DRINK!

I drank water, calming teas and took a B-complex vitamin with healthy light meals.

Time, sleep, food, water.....then more time....and again, more time tacked onto whatever time you thought you’d be over it by then. It’s a process. Patience.
