I am finishing up this amazing book and plan on reading it again. But this quote really resonated with me:

I'm reading this at the moment though a couple of years ago maybe, I read an unedited version from somewhere online. It relied very heavily on Allan carr's easy way to quit drinking book. So much in fact, that it was almost a rewrite, with almost identical examples, almost like it was a cut and paste job. It really put me off it.
I've since bought a kindle copy from amazon and can honestly say, this is now nothing at all like the unedited version and I'm really enjoying it. Well thought out and easy to read.
