21 days sober!

Day 21 and I feel pretty good! I was all itchy and that seems to be going away some. My stomach isn't hurting anymore. I'm losing some weight, but I've also been eating super healthy and doing exercise.

Funny thing is, 21 days isn't that long but it feels like forever. I keep looking at the calendar and expecting it to be like a month or 2 months even, but it's 21 days. Anyways, I've been waking up thankful that I didn't drink the night before. It feels like freedom.

Your sobriety gives you a license to live, spybee007! Unlike that Bond guy.

That's marvellous to hear! No more hangovers, no more wasting money, more energy, better sleep pattern, no more slavery to the evil poison. It's so lovely to hear about your sense of freedom.

We're a day apart. I have felt much better in the last 2-3 days. Looking forward to getting a bit more under my belt and for my head to clear further...

Awesome, great job, Briansy! We can do this! Too many reasons to be sober vs wasting away. Glad you're feeling better. Yesterday afternoon I felt completely normal which is something I haven't felt in a long time.
