As the title says, it has not been a real good day at work and I am stressed out to the max. However, I have not thought about drinking at all. That is one success factor I can celebrate. I am so glad to be free of the bondage of the bottle. Stay the course.

Congratulations on 55 months.

You've had approximately 1650 sober days in a row, don't let a bad day at work jeopardize that.

1. Work is overrated.
