When we stay connected each day sharing
our ESH with others, reading or supporting,
each other, we often notice folks that are new,
many come and go, often returning to say hello,
like you did.

The fellowship within recovery is one
to be cherished and appreciated. And
I appreciate you returning to let us know
how you are doing in sobriety.

Thank you and keep coming back...!!!!

Hi AW. Sure, I remember you well. You were struggling early on but you sure seem to have gutted it out. I’m really happy for you. And, you have a right to be proud of yourself.

Nice to see you and glad to hear it sounds like you are trending well

It's a shame to hear about your 'neighborhood', we justed to like to head down and catch a Yankee game at a great ballpark, but the neighborhood sounds awful rough as of late, too bad , they almost had a good thing going a few years back with the Inner Harbor .
Keep your light on

August congrats on 2 years!

I've been suffering a lot from depersonalization, anxiety and depression lately. Fortunately I have my bad days and the depersonalization only has been happening at my worst of days which typically come at random, or after a bad day at work. Do you feel like seeing a psychiatrist has helped you? Therapy and "groups" like AA don't work for me so I'm wondering if getting some clarification on what my problems are actually psychologically would probably be helpful.

The only thing, I refuse to take SSRIs because I know a few people who've tried getting off of them and had a hell of a time due to brain zaps, seizures and other severe side effects and withdrawal affects.
