Ten days now! Had my first major craving last night, but I resisted and within about twenty minutes I didn't want one anymore.

Day Ten! Last night was my first major craving for a drink, I desperately wanted one. Luckily my colleague talked me out of it. I haven't 'come out' as an alcoholic yet, but I have told everyone I have stopped drinking and once I have one I can't stop.

So she made me a hot chocolate instead. Then I realised the craving had gone and I was over wanting the drink. I keep telling myself waking up hangover-free and well rested and fresh is more of a buzz than drinking a beer
