My life has changed 180 degrees. I love my life now. My relation ship with my wife and daughter is stronger than ever.

I'm almost back to work. I'm eating clean and have cut out all refined sugar.

My anxiety issues are all but gone now. No more nightmares.
No more craziness, No more sadness. No more hopelessness.

I'm so grateful. I feel amazing.

Thanks for the kind words. It was so nice to wake up this morning with no hangover, no regret, no shame and be able to watch the sun come up and plan my day. (it's almost 8am here).

I'm so incredibly fortunate. I even started going to AA locally. I'm still kinda shocked I'm going considering how opposed i was to it before.
It's taken me 20 years to get back to AA, outside of rehab.... but i'm really glad i did.. there really is nothing like being able to be in a room full of people who are just like me. Who can take one look at me and say, good or bad.."I've been there man."

So incredibly fortunate.

Ok time to go. i think my buddy scored some Redskin tickets last night and i'm headed to Landover for the game. it's a must win today.
