Inpatient Rehab

So I was sober 21 days and went on a three day bender. I can't seem to stay sober on my own or with therapy once a week. I'm thinking of looking for a long term in patient rehab. Looking for a low cost/free program. I don't care where it is, as long as I can manage to be able to afford it. Funds are super tight, does anyone have any suggestions? I really want to stay sober, my mix of depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder, fueled by alcohol every so often is killing me. Please help

Charles:

There's lots of free/reduced fee detox programs out there. What country do you live in?

Hi Charles,

Do you have insurance? Most insurance plans will pay for 30 days inpatient. Also, many programs have what they call "State beds" that are free of charge for those who cannot afford to pay.

Hi Charles. The Salvation Army may be able to help!

The salvation army as already mentioned offers some services you may want to check out.

Another place to look is your municipal drug/alcohol treatment entity - most counties/cities have them and offer varying levels of support.

Calling your local AA hotline is also a good place to start. They will most likely have information on local facilities, both private and public, that offer rehab.

I wish you the best, Charles.

Have you googled "low cost recovery treatment programs"?

Also, if you don't have insurance, have you applied to get onto Medicaid?

You can have reasons, or you can have results, but you can't have both.

I second the advice to look into Medicaid if you don't have other insurance.

What state do you live in?
