Oh he was going anyway. I just wanted you to get it sooner. I think you will enjoy them all together... it's a nice colorful little collection. You can hang them in your study, it will be so dignified

Hi Cow et al
I hope you got some sleep last night
Insomnia is terrible. . .
I have problems sleeping through the night and have for years.
Lately, I'm looking into following a more bi-cameral sleep pattern
with a period of wakefulness in the middle of the night.
I can't remember if I've posted this here but here it is just in case I haven't:

The myth of the eight-hour sleep - BBC News

I fall asleep pretty easily and am a circadian beast who
gets sleepy after the gloaming as the stars flicker into focus,
and owls start hooting in the woods around the house.
I usually sit outside to enjoy this like most people watch TV
Once the coyote packs start signing, I'm done and ready for bed.

But I only want to sleep until maybe 11 to midnight or so.
This used to bother me and I would try to "force" myself back to sleep.
Nowadays,
I'm finding just getting up and not fighting it for an hour or two let's
me find a good natural "second sleep" which is restful.
This long block of sleep most people think is normal may not be for everyone.

Your thoughts?

Looks like we've gotten close enough to 500 to close the doors on yet another Cow threads. My guess is that another will start soon!
